Leaked HTC Aero May Be The Company’s “Hero” Smartphone

Expected to be announced in October, this could be the smartphone the Chairwoman promised to investors.

 

Famed leaker of all things mobile, Evan Blass let out another HTC secret in a reply to another leaker’s tweet. The leaker tweets about HTC's upcoming smartphone called the HTC Aero and that it will announced in Q4 of 2015.

This HTC Aero could be the ‘hero’ smartphone that HTC Chairwoman, Cher Wang spoke about while apologising to shareholders about its dipping sales performance.

Back then she promised shareholders that its upcoming hero product would compensate for the company’s lower than average sales performance, which it witnessed during the last quarter.

We can expect the Aero to show up with a MediaTek Helio X20 chipset and hopefully a refreshed design that will change things for the company’s dipping sales figures.
