Intex Technologies Launches Aqua Speed HD At Rs 8,999

The device is the successor of the recently launched Aqua Speed with 4.5 inch qHD IPS full lamination display.

 

Indian mobile manufacturer Intex Technologies has recently come up with a new budget smartphone dubbed as the Aqua Speed HD.

The new device has been launched with a price tag of Rs 8,999 and features a 4.7 inch HD IPS display.

Even though the size of the display screen seems to be a little 'off' in this big-screen-devices era, it comes protected with dragontrail glass.

The Android 4.4 KitKat smartphone comes powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Media Tek processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory along with a microSD card slot for storage up to 32 GB.

Coming to the camera specifications, the dual-SIM phone comes with an 8 MP rear camera with auto focus and 5 MP front facing camera for some great selfies.

The phone is backed by a 1,700 mAh battery and supports 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi and GPS connectivity options.

It is also worth noting that the phone is a successor to Aqua Speed which was launched last month with almost same specs between the two.

The only difference however, is that the original Aqua Speed comes with a 4.5 inch qHD IPS full lamination display while the latest device features 4.7 inch HD IPS display.
