Facebook Launches 'On This Day' Feature

The feature will show you everything you posted on a given date in the past.

 

Facebook is known for introducing new features every now and then.

Recently, the social media giant has come up with a new feature known as 'On This Day' which enables its users to see what all they had posted on a given date in the previous years.

It is also being said that photos and posts in which users were tagged would also be included in the posts that show up with the feature.

Giving a nostalgic feel, the feature will actually refresh the memories and also we will be having an option to share it with our friends.

People can also sign up for notifications so that they shall be reminded to check the feeds every day.

Surprisingly, Facebook is also taking precautions to ensure that the nostalgia it induces is not painful.

It is being said that Facebook will not show posts from people who have already passed away or from people who were in a relationship with the user and have changed their statuses now.
