Xiaomi Mi Pad Now Available On Flipkart At Rs.12,999
The device is available for sale without any registrations and flash sales.
After all the teases, rumours and news, Xiaomi has finally launched its first tablet device, the Mi Pad in India.
The 7.9-inch tablet priced at Rs.12,999 has so far been the most anticipated device of Xiaomi in the Indian market.
Interestingly, this time, the Chinese smartphone giant has come out of its usual flash sale model and has made the device available on Flipkart without any registration.
Having a screen resolution of 2048x1536 pixels, the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 which is quite common nowadays among many mid-range premium smartphone devices.
The tablet is powered by NVIDIA Tegra K1 Quad-core ARM Cortex A15 processor clocked at 2.2GHz and Kelper GPU and also has a 2GB DDR3 RAM for better performance.
The 16GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card provides huge space for all the multimedia files, games and apps.
This means that you can now leave your laptop and keep hold of this tablet for some serious business works too.
Coming to the camera section, the device comes with an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera.
The Xiaomi Mi Pad runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system along with MIUI 6.
The connectivity options include WiFi, WiFi Direct and Bluetooth 4.0.
The tablet also has a 6,700mAh battery, which company touts to offer 11 hours of video streaming.
