Twitter Introduces Revamped iPhone App; Updates Android App Too

The new features include revamped profile layout, bigger profile photos and a biography on the profile page.

 

The popular micro-blogging service Twitter has announced a revamped layout providing similar 'bigger photos' for the iPhone.

It can be remembered that recently, Twitter's profile layout was totally revamped to fit great in Android.

Through a recent tweet, the company claimed that they have introduced bigger photos to make browsing profiles on Twitter for iPhone more fun than ever before.

However, it has to be noted that he updated app is not yet available for download through the App Store in India.

Also, the recently updated Twitter App for Android has brought with it a new and bigger profile layout including larger cover and profile photos, a biography on the profile page, as well as easier viewing of all tweets, photos and favourites from the profile page.

Meanwhile, Twitter has introduced new tools for business to quickly promote their Twitter profile and tweets.

Businesses will be able to select a tweet to promote for certain budget and Twitter will provide them an estimate of the total number of engagements that they will receive.
