HTC One M7 To Taste Android Lollipop Update
With Lollipop updates being rolled out, One M7 becomes the first metal One to be up-to-date.
HTC has finally made up its mind to give its One M7 users a sweet news.
Yes! The sweet news is nothing but the Taiwanese smartphones manufacturer rolling out the trending Android 5.0 Lollipop update making the first metal One up-to-date.
The new update which is already being rolled out would bring in some of the Android's new features to your 2013 HTC handset.
However, the Lollipop update seems to be weighing around 800MB in size which is pretty large in itself. But, the update is worthy enough as it brings in the new notifications system delivered as cards to your lock screen as well as the new Rolodex style recent apps view, which we think is much nicer than the thumbnail style previously offered by the company.
Finally, it seems that the 2 year old HTC One M7 is up-to-date with Android 5.0 and Sense 6 which the users can boast about.
However, sadly, in the coming March, HTC is all set to launch One M9 thereby making the M7 out-of-date once again as Sense 7 will probably make its debut.
