Karbonn S15 Launched At Rs. 3,830

The phone comes with DTS Surround Sound audio technology.

 

We all know that Karbonn is a prolific supplier of budget smartphone for the Indian market and the company has quietly launched another entry level smartphone at Rs. 3,830 via online store Indiatimes shopping.

The key feature of the device is its DTS Surround Sound audio technology. However, we really don't know how better can we experience the effect of DTS audio technology with phone speakers.

We may need a headset to experience the real effect, but, that again depends on the quality of the headset.

But, for the price it is made available, we can tell that the mobile has been packed with some great features.

The dual-SIM handset runs on the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and comes with a 4-inch touchscreen display, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.

The phone comes with a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front facing camera.

However, the company has not yet officially announced or listed the phone in its official website. If once launched, we suppose, the handset may fall under the company’s ‘Titanium’ lineup such as S19, S12 Delite and S20.

Also, the mobile phone is all set to face-off the Lava Iris 465 which was launched earlier this month at Rs. 4,499.
