25,000 Units Of Yu Yureka To Go On Sale On Feb. 12

Registrations for the third flash sale by the company is ending on Wednesday, the 11th of Feb at 2 PM.

 

Eureka! Micromax’s new sub brand Yu is all set to sell 25,000 units of the Yureka smartphone on Thursday, the Feb 12, on Amazon. The mobile phone has been priced at Rs. 8,999 and is supposed to be a better option than the other mobile phones of the same price. The company announced on its official twitter account that the mobile phone can be bought through a flash sale for which the registrations will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 11 at 2 PM.

This is the third flash sale held by the company. Yu had sold 10,000 units during its first flash sale and 15,000 units in the second time. Both the sales were over within seconds.

Yureka which supports 4G connectivity is a beast when compared to other mobile phones in its price range. It is powered with a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and a 2,500mAh battery. The phone has a 5.5 inch 720p screen for clear display. On the back, the phone has a 13-megapixel camera, and on the front it has a 5-megapixel camera.

The mobile phone comes with a custom Cyanogenmod ROM which is built on the Android 4.4 KitKat. Recently, Cyanogen Inc. has also announced that the Yureka would soon get the CyanogenMod v12 build based on Lollipop.

In short, if you are looking for a quality smartphone under the price of Rs. 10,000 then Yu Yureka is the best option available out there in the market. But, you need to act quick before the registrations get closed.
