Leaked: iPhone 6 Card Manual Hints At Launch Date
Looks like there is not much left for Apple to reveal at its launch after all.
We have seen numerous leaks of the iPhone 6 (including a press image) and while someone claimed that the iPhone 6 and its packaging had leaked as well, it turned out to be a fake copy from China. Now, someone else has allegedly got their hands on what they claim is an actual iPhone 6 card manual. While the manual does not reveal much in its folded state, there is one fine detail that does answer the one question that many have been asking for long.
Indeed the manual is similar to the ones that came with the iPhone 5s and the 5c; except that it does not show the colourful grid menu that we have gotten used to since iOS 7. It tells us what we have already learnt through leaks in the past. The fact that the iPhone 6 will feature the power button on the right side of the smartphone instead of the top; due to the increased height. Everything else is pretty much in place, where it is supposed to be.
As for the one question that we have all been asking, it is the launch date. A closer look at the screen on the card shows the date printed as the 9th of September (that is a Tuesday), which may be a new tradition with Apple’s packaging materials. Well, tradition or not, we can be sure that Apple will be sticking to the same launch date, even though the company’s assembly line recently took a hit.
