iPhone 6 Parts Are Assembled For The First Time; Well Somewhat
We have seen them images, in separate leaks, so its high time that someone bought them together.
We have seen numerous leaks of the iPhone since the past few months. As the time for the official launch draws near, the number of leaks seem to be at an all time high. Like all leaks of the iPhone 6, we have always seen them in bits; each leak describing each part (especially the external ones) individually. So it indeed makes sense if someone just brought them together and assembled them to see what the iPhone 6 really looks like.
Computer renders are one thing, but MacRumors has got a few images from someone who actually managed to assemble some of the original parts of the iPhone 6. Obviously the parts are in bad shape, but they do give us an indicator about what Apple’s next iPhone will look like.
From the images, the iPhone 6 does look like the dummy units that have been passing hands between case manufacturers, just a little slimmer. We have the capsule shaped buttons from the volume controls and the standard silence/ringer switch as well.
All in all the iPhone 6 does have a lot of similarities in terms of design with the original 1st generation iPhone and the 3G and 3GS that came after them with rounded corners. Looks like Apple is indeed going back to its roots with the iPhone 6 with an all metal back. Hopefully this time around we don’t see the same issues that popped up with the first one.
