Fleksy 3.0 Adds Some Colour To Your Typing Experience

Apart from new themes and a Fleksy Store, there are a host of other improvements that the devs have squeezed in.

 

Fleksy has finally updated its keyboard app for Android and iOS to version 3.0. New to this version of Fleksy, is the much-requested themes feature which are available for download from the Fleksy Store. Additionally, the minimal looking third-party keyboard app now supports a host of new languages as well.

The keyboard’s design itself has been has been tweaked a bit, although Fleksy claims it is a complete overhaul. What is new is that the Fleksy Store and the themes that you can download will indeed add some colour to your typing experience. The ‘Jet Black’ theme will be available for all, but the rest of the premium ones will be available as in-app purchases. Of course the users who have already paid for the Fleksy app, can download one of the premium themes for free.

Themes aside, Fleksy now also supports 17 new languages which was the one big element that was missing for long. There are now 37 languages in total while Hebrew, Croatian, Lithuanian, Albanian, Norwegian, Tagalog, Catalan have been added, to name a few.

Fleksy’s speciality lies in the fact that it uses gestures instead of taps to delete, learn and switch between words. Of course, there are also those eye-candy animations and the minimalist design that would make even the Android L keyboard look a bit dated.
