Xiaomi To Launch Its Smartphones In India On July 11?

The Chinese smartphone maker is all geared up of what may be the launch day in the Indian subcontinent.

 

After a successful launch day for its Mi Pad, Xiaomi is now all set for the launch of its products on Indian soil. The smartphone makers via its recently opened Facebook page put out a post saying thanks for all the fans who liked their page and added one more interesting bit. It said that it has a big surprise for all its fans in India on the July 11. Hopefully that surprise comes in the form of a launch date on for its smartphone range.

The day is just a week away and indeed we are expecting Xiaomi’s flagship Mi 3 along with the entry-level Redmi to be launched on that day. What we can also expect are a few Apple-esque accessories, which the company may put up on sale for a really low price tag.

Is Xiaomi a threat to Manufacturers like Samsung and Sony? Well, not exactly. While the company will price its smartphones aggressively there may be some drawbacks in terms of support and service, something that means a lot to the Indian buyers.

Buyers will definitely not hesitate to buy them though as Flipkart would be in charge of selling the same. In fact you could expect these phone to sell out in a matter of hours as well, as they do offer good hardware and outstanding build quality at a reasonable price tag. In for a Xiaomi handset? Well you better stand in line, as the phones will surely arrive in limited quantities.
