Adobe Finally Launches Photoshop Express For Windows Phone

An easy to use editor that gets the job done, with some expensive in-app purchases.

Adobe has finally launched Photoshop Express app for Windows Phone devices. The app had recently entered the Windows 8 Store and comes with a plethora of filters and photo-editing options that will deliver quality editing in the easiest way possible.

The UI is fairly easy to use and understand, while the editing mode looks pretty much similar to the iOS apps. The edited image is always in focus with the swipe-friendly UI below to make edits and add filters.

You get the basic crop, straighten, rotate and flip along with auto-adjustment for brightness, exposure and shadows. There is a handy ‘looks’ feature which come with a number of different ready made combinations of filters and even includes a premium looks pack that you can buy for Rs 160. In the adjustments section again you will find a noise reduction adjustment pack that will set you back by Rs 260.

You can even log into Revel, Adobe’s cloud storage and sharing option and upload photos online with the free version coming with 2GB of free storage and an unlimited plan for Rs 360 a month.

We clearly liked Adobe’s ad free approach that will allow you to simply pay extra if you need the premium features. The basic feature set should suffice for most mobile photographers and will allow for quick and easy photo-editing on the move.
