Now Book A Chopper Tour In Mumbai & Bangalore Via The Uber App

Available this Father's Day Weekend, Uber users in Bangalore and Mumbai can get an aerial tour of their cities.

 

Uber made it possible to hire a luxury taxi with the tap of a button, but for this Father's Day Weekend the service is offering a helicopter ride of your city. UberChopper will be available on June 14 and June 15 in Bangalore and Mumbai respectively at a cost of Rs 4,999.

Starting 9am on June 14 in Bangalore and June 15 in Mumbai, users can request for a helicopter ride by simply selecting 'UberChopper' in the Uber app and clicking on the 'Request Chopper' button. Included in the charge will be the pick-up and drop facility for two persons in a luxury car, and an aerial tour of the city.

Further, Bangalore users will be treated to brunch at High Ultra Lounge located at the Brigade Gateway Campus. The helicopter ride request will be subject to availability, and while each helicopter can seat four passengers, ride-sharing may be in effect.

Requesting for UberChopper is as simple as pushing a button, and final confirmation will be done by call. Uber currently offers its services in six Indian cities – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Pune. Additionally, first-time Uber users will get a discount of Rs 500, either on the helicopter ride or on their first Uber cab ride.
