Taiwanese Star Jimmy Lin Teases Us With His Shiny iPhone 6

He did it before and he has just done it once again. The man in question here is Taiwanese singer, actor and race driver Jimmy Lin. The star has posted pictures on his Weibo account teasing his fans with the unannounced iPhone 6. Yes, what he seems to have is not a dummy unit, but the actual phone itself.

We have no clue how the star got his hands on a smartphone that is yet to be announced, but considering that he did the same with the iPhone 5c last year, things seem to be pretty much credible.

The star posted images of iPhone 6 and long with his current favourite the iPhone 5. The images confirm the taller device and the placement of the power button which is now on the right side from the top for better ergonomics. 

Also shown are the protruding camera unit and the lack of the dual-LED flash. Apple seems to have better camera tech up its sleeve (after it recently brought a Nokia engineer on board), which is why the company may have removed the dual-tone LED flash system which debuted with the iPhone 5s. Strangely there appears to be nothing on the back as compared to previous iPhone 6 renders and leaks showing us what may be a glowing Apple logo on the back for notifications.

The screen size remains the same as rumoured about before which is a sufficient 4.7 inches. News is that Apple will launch the second 5.5 inch sized iPhone a bit later this year post the launch of the iPhone 6 which many hope will happen in September.
