Both phones target the mid-range market segment.
LG has introduced two new Android smartphones in India, the Optimus Sol and Optimus Hub. These handsets will run Gingerbread out of the box, but there's no word on the possibility of an upcoming ICS update.
The Sol is powered by a 1 GHz CPU, and has 512 MB of RAM. Its 3.8" Ultra AMOLED display has pixel dimensions of 800x480. Other than that, it offers a 5 MP main and front VGA camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 32 GB microSD card support.
The Hub, on the other hand, packs in an 800 MHz CPU and 512 MB of RAM. It sports a 3.5" screen with pixel dimensions of 320x480. It shares other features with Optimus Sol, except for the lack of a front-facing camera.
According to LG, the Sol is priced at Rs 19,000, while the Hub will set you back by around Rs 14,500.
