Sony Launches Its 6-Inch Handset Xperia T2 In India
Offers a quad-core processor and 13 megapixel camera for Rs 26,000.
The Sony Xperia T2 Ultra (dual-SIM) has officially gone on sale for Rs 26,000. The handset is targeted at emerging markets such as Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific, where big screen phones are a rage.
Coming to the subject of specs, you get a quad-core Snapdragon 400 chipset clocked at 1.4 GHz. There's 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of on-board storage, and microSD card slot. The 13 megapixel camera is backed by an Exmor RS sensor, which according to Sony delivers superior low-light performance. You also get a 1.1 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The 3000 mAh battery should easily last for a full day. The T2 Ultra dual comes in a glossy finish, with White, Black and Purple to choose from.
