This Mario Kart clone is a good way to kill some time.

 

As its name suggests, Poppy kart is a racing video game. It has pixelated graphics aimed to add retro feel to it. The characters in the game are guaranteed to give you the nostalgia of the good old 8-bit gaming glory.

The story is simple. Mr Crapo's daughter Froggy has gone missing. The first racer to find her will get a sponsored summer holiday from Mr Crapo. So to be the first one to find Froggy, you have to compete with other racers. You start off as Poppy. New playable characters get unlocked as the game progresses. The gameplay has been ripped off from the popular Mario Kart racing. The controls are responsive and easy to get hold of. If you have smartphones, you turn one of the handsets into a joystick using the wi-fi connection.

The game features 29 races. Out of which, seven are free. To unlock all the tracks, you have to pay Rs 110.
