Fed-Up With Plastic? Get Ready For The Gold GALAXY S5
The trend brought back by the iPhone 5S seems to be picking up.
When the iPhone 5s launched in India last year, we actually saw long queues to buy it. As soon as the sales counters opened, the first iPhone 5s’ to go out of stock, were the champagne gold ones. So much is the demand for a good-looking Gold painted phones in India and abroad. The Cupertino company started this trend, and we began seeing gold variants from manufacturers like Samsung and HTC popping up all over.
Reports coming from GSMArena.com points to a leaked Samsung GALAXY S5 on Vodafone’s listing. Seems that Samsung wants to get a gold version to pick up sales right from the beginning. Let’s hope that the handset actually feels metallic, and is not plasticky like its predecessor.
