HTC To Unveil Its Flagship Smartphone M8 On March 25th
The Tawanese brand won't bring out its big guns at the MWC 2014.

HTC has been spinning the rumour mill out of control with multiple leaked images of its much-awaited M8 smartphone. However today we final saw a confirmation of the same directly from HTC. They did not mention that they will be launching the rumoured M8, which would be called either the HTC One+ or One 2, but simply asks us to save the date stating that ‘the best is about to get better’. The invite appeared on HTC UK’s social media pages.
The handset is supposed to sport a 5 inch Full HD screen (which may fall behind the Samsung S5’s expected QHD or WQXGA displays) and sport a Snapdragon 805 processor with 2 GB of RAM. The most perplexing part is the twin camera set up which should bring HTC back into the imaging game with their own proprietary technology.
So it seems that the MWC will see smaller mid-range devices like the rumoured, plastic Desire 8 with a 13 megapixel camera.
