Game4u Launches Pre-Order Scheme For Gran Turismo 6

Throws doors open for pre-ordering Standard and Anniversary Edition of the game from Game4u.com and physical stores.

 

Indian videogame distributor Milestone Interactive's retail arm Game4u has launched a pre-order scheme for the upcoming PlayStation-exclusive Gran Turismo 6. According to the press release: "The campaign allows gamers to pre-order both, Standard and Anniversary Edition of the game, before the release across all Game4u stores in India and Game4u.com".

Well, isn't that the point of pre-orders anyway—to be able to book the games before release? However, it all makes sense when it's revealed that this pre-order privilege is only restricted exclusively to Team Elite members. These members are essentially card-holding customers that receive rewards on every purchase made at Game4u stores, in addition to exclusive offers on the new games. Entry to this club is possible by making a minimum initial purchase of Rs 450 at any Game4u store (local retail or online).

Moreover, all the Team Elite members who pre order the game qualify for a lucky draw. The winner stands to win a Hori Racing Wheel, which will be compatible with the PS3, of course. Grant Turismo is set to release on PS3 on 6th December this year.
