Google Voice Commands Now On The PC
Introduces Chrome extension to support voice-based search.

It's finally here. Those who had been eagerly waiting to feel what the "OK Glass" command would do, can now settle for the "OK Google" phase instead. A new Chrome extension lets you do just that. All you need to do is download the extension here (obviously on your Chrome browser), connect your microphone and give the software permission to use it, and head over to Google.com to give it a whirl.
Now many users have complained that the microphone isn’t readily detected. Just hit the mic icon on search. Since this is a beta release expect it to be a bit off when decoding your words too. The service also lets you set reminders. If you manage to get it up and running, let us know how well it works for you in the comments box below.
