GTA: San Andreas To Go Mobile This December
Rockstar's open-world game will land on Android, iOS, and Windows Phone.
Released nine years back, GTA: San Andreas has been one of the biggest open-world games ever. I simply can't forget how playing this game for hours affected my academics (Editor's note: That explains a lot of things). Anyway, getting back to the point, there's a great news for all the nostalgic gamers as Rockstar has unveiled its plans to release GTA: SA on smartphones by the end of this year.
The developers have tweaked the game for the mobile devices. There are no plans to cut the game short though. The city of San Andreas will still encompass Los Santos, San Fierro, and Las Venturas. According to Rockstar, the game's graphics have been upgraded for its mobile release. This includes dynamic and detailed shadows, greater draw distance, an enriched colour palette, plus enhanced character and car models.
To make most of the touch screen, the game will make use of contextual buttons. For driving, there will be three control schemes. Moreover, it will support add-on game-pad support. Rockstar has also retooled the checkpoint system for easier progression. GTA: San Andreas will be available for select iOS, Android, and Windows Phone devices in December. To refresh your memory, here's the trailer of this game:
