Mercury Launches BIZ2 QWERTY Phone
A feature-rich Wi-Fi phone, priced at a surprisingly affordable Rs 1600.
Kobian has been on a launching spree with a series of low-priced products such as tablets and mobile phones, under its Mercury brand in India. The latest offering from the company is the BIZ2 mobile phone, which seem to be a business phone. This dual-SIM GSM phone comes equipped with a full QWERTY keypad for easy typing, a 2.3" QVGA display, and a host of other features which are not usually found in entry-level phones.
In addition to a VGA camera, the BIZ2 also has a torch feature. Bluetooth audio streaming and data sharing is also supported. This GPRS-enabled phone has built-in games and apps for social networking like Facebook, MSN, and Skype to stay connected. It also features Wi-Fi, which is rare for phones in this price range. Other features include infrared and FM radio. It comes with 250k internal storage, expandable to 4 GB via microSD.
Available in red and black colours, the Mercury BIZ2 is available at a very affordable price of Rs 1600 and a 1-year warranty.
