Vine, Instagram Suffer Outage As Amazon Servers Go Down
Take to Twitter to inform users of the downtime, services being restored slowly.
It is not new for Amazon Web Services to hamper online popular services. However unlike Foursqaure, Reddit, and Hoote suite, the recent outage experienced by Vine, Instagram, and others aren't as grave. While both services turned to Twitter to keeps its user base informed, a report on TechCrunch suggests that Amazon is experiencing issues with server load balancing.

The good part is that the issue has been identified, but the not-so-good part is that it is yet to be fixed completely. Understandably, those who use the service extensively very not just upset but also very vocal on Twitter. For now though Instagram seems to be up and running. Let us know in the comments if you are facing issues using any of the services.
