Better Your English With Google's Updated Define Feature
Get synonyms and use cases for words you don’t understand.
For those who turn to Google to polish (or understand) their English skills, you are in luck. The search giant has added a new feature to Google.com, which not only explains to you what a word means, but also shares synonyms, and use cases for the word. This feature also works with its voice-based service, the official blog adds: "If you tap the microphone on your Google Search app, you’ll hear answers spoken back when you ask questions like What’s the definition of fortuitous? and What are synonyms for fortuitous?"
The blog also adds that apart from definitions, you can look for word translations in over 60 languages right from the search box. The service also works with the mobile version of the site.
