Twitter For Windows 8 Revamped, Brings Multiple Sign-In And Other Features

This revamp features a new "Lists" functionality as well.

 

Microblogging site Twitter has released an updated app for the Windows 8 and Windows RT platforms, which is now available for download on the Windows 8 store. The revamped app gives users the ability to sign in to multiple accounts. To login to multiple accounts, users can just swipe vertically from the top of the home screen, for app commands. Post this, select the People icon at the top-right corner to add multiple accounts, this also allows for deletion of accounts.

There's a new feature that lets you 'Pin' the accounts you follow, and lists right onto your homescreen. With this, Windows 8 users should be able to find new users and follow them with ease. The revamped Twitter for Windows 8 app is also said to make browsing comparatively faster. The enhancements should do well to work in tandem with the last revamp that Twitter gave to its native Windows 8 app in March this year. The app already boasts of features such as Snap View, Search Charm, Live Tiles, and Photos.
