Prince Of Persia 2: The Shadow And The Flame Now On Android And iOS

The new iteration takes off from the original 1993 game.

 

The latest iteration of the popular Prince Of Persia mobile game series is now available on the Android and iOS platforms. The new game, called Prince Of Persia: The Shadow and The Flame, poses new challenges in 5 different 2D environments and across 14 levels.  

Prince of Persia 2 takes off from where the original 1993 version ended, complete with a new combat system. There are also new weapons and a "cautious mode" that needs the Prince to concentrate harder. The new Prince of Persia let's you share scores on Facebook and also unlock new levels.

The game takes advantage of the touchscreen and GPU on high-end devices for better graphics. Prince of Persia 2: The Shadow and the Flame is not free of cost: It will set you back by Rs 170 for iDevices, and Rs 200 for Android. Android devices need to be running Android 2.3 and above, while the iDevices need to be on iOS 4.3 or higher. You can check out the gameplay video below before heading out to download the game:
