The Nokia Asha 210 is now available for pre-order online. An earlier report suggested that this handset will feature a WhatsApp button, but some online e-commerce site are seling it with a Facebook button instead. Interestingly, the official India product page shows the handset only with a FB button. It seems, the popularity of the social networking giant was probably too enticing for the Finnish manufacturer, and so it is offering two choices for the customer. Here are the handset's specifications:

The screen size of 2.4" with QVGA pixel dimensions is reminiscent of earlier generation feature phones. While it supports the slower 2G protocol instead of 3G, there is Wi-Fi for faster speeds. Users can download games such as FIFA 2013 and Bejewelled for free. The phone comes in several colours to suit your taste, including yellow, cyan, black, magenta, and white. The handset can be booked at Rs 4500 on pre-order, with the estimated release date set at the 2nd week of July. The Facebook button variant is available on Flipkart.com, while it ships with the WhatsApp button on Infibeam.com. Also, both the retailers are currently listing only the black and yellow versions. Shipping will be made within 3 days from the release date.
