While Instagram continues to sulk and not appear on the Windows Phone platform, an independent developer Daniel Gary has developed the aptly named Itsdagram, which is a full featured client for the service. This app lets you do everything that you can do using Instagram. You can apply a variety of filter effects to your photos, post them on Facebook, comment, like, and follow.

It supports Timeline and Grid views of presentation. You can pin your favourite hashtags and users and keep track of them. The UI that is nicely integrated with the UI of WP is smooth and easy to operate. The app is free to try with a limit of 1 image upload, while all the other features work without restriction.

The app was temporarily pulled down from the Windows Phone Store by its publisher a couple of weeks ago, leading to speculations that Facebook must have got something to do with it. However, it was back up in a few days with the publisher stating that he had taken it down only because wanted to publish its improved version. However, we never know when FB may really strike, so get it while it's still there.
