Genius SlimStar 8000ME Keyboard Mouse Combo Launched For Rs 1100

Genius, the Taiwanese manufacturer of PC peripherals and components, has launched their SlimStar 8000ME keyboard mouse combo. It comes with a tiny USB dongle that connects to the PC. This wireless combo works on 2.4 GHz radio frequency using which the keyboard and mouse communicate with the USB dongle. Genius claims that it has taken care of the communication so that the setup should not be affected by interference.
The keyboard sports an ultra-slim design that doesn't take up much space on the desk and is resistant to accidental spills. Although it is not a multimedia keyboard, there are two hotkeys for volume control. The mouse is specified to have an optical tracking resolution of 1000 dpi for precise cursor control. The Genius SlimStar 8000ME is available for Rs 1100 and comes with a 3-year warranty.
