A trend started by apps such as Zomato, timescity has taken its website to the mobile platform, with an app for popular smartphone platforms. The location-based app offers details about restaurants, pubs, bars, theatres and events such as music concerts, fairs, exhibitions, and food festivals (nothing about the IPL crops up on it though). Apart from listings and user reviews, you also get addresses, phone numbers, and directions to reach the spot. You can even place calls from within the app or share contact details.

The app is free of cost, but covers limited number of cities including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Goa, Jaipur, Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Ahmedabad.
