RAPOO E6500 Ultra-slim Bluetooth Keyboard Launched

Measures 5.6mm at its thinnest, offers 13 Android hotkeys and 10m of wireless working range.

 

The RAPOO E6500 has been launched, an ultra-slim Bluetooth keyboard for Android tablet users to use comfortably. Compatible with Android tablets/smartphones besides normal laptop/desktop computers, it uses Bluetooth 3.0 for a wireless working range of up to 10m.

There are 80 standard keys and 13 Android hotkeys for speedy access to functions such as media control, internet browsing, etc. These hotkeys are namely: Home, Back, Search, Web Browser, E-mail, Previous Track, Play/Pause, Next Track, Mute, Volume Down, Volume Up, Lock/Unlock Screen, and Menu.

The E6500 comes with a USB adapter to plug in for charging, and is claimed to offer a month of usage by charging the inbuilt rechargeable Lithium battery for two hours.

The product's release says the keyboard is designed to be 5.6mm at its thinnest, with a scissor key structure and stainless steel plate, offering comfortable tactile feedback. It supports Android OS 3.0 and above, or Bluetooth capable HID profile. The RAPOO E6500 wireless keyboard is priced at Rs 4,049 with a 2-year replacement warranty.
