The Samsung GALAXY S II Plus has finally reached Indian shores. As many of you would already know, this phone is a rehash of the iconic GALAXY S II with new clothes and some new tricks up its sleeve.

It is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU (probably based on Broadcom's BCM28155 chipset). Its 4.3" display has 480x800 pixels and comes with the goodness of Super AMOLED screen. Moreover, you get an 8 Megapixel camera, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB internal storage, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, and 1650 mAh battery. On the software front, you get Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) out of the box.

In terms of design, it's difficult to tell the original S II apart from the original S II Plus, except for the newly introduced "hyperglaze" finish on the latter. The GALAXY S II Plus is available for Rs 23,000, with white and blue colours to choose from.
