Animated GIFs can be made with custom playback speed and additional text. Also, since the animation is not streaming, it works as long the image gets downloaded.

In addition to creating animated GIFs, this app can let you do a lot more using modestly older smartphones. Some of the features of this app include edit, more than 10 filter effects, sketch, and over 30 template styles.
