Nokia has been doing well with regards to offering colourful pocket-friendly handsets, and Lumia exclusive apps for Windows Phone. Just a few days ago, WPCentral spotted a Lumia 620 advertisement with the Instagram app pinned to the home screen. While these can be rendered images, fresh rumours coming from China, hint at the possibility of the app actually existing.

WPDang reports that the popular photo app is on its way to the Windows Phone platform, but will only be a Nokia-exclusive. However, looking at the app's fan following, we expect it to released for all WP users in the future. The report further suggests additional filters for the Windows Phone platform as compared to its iOS counterpart. If true then fans of the app will also looks at picking up handsets running Windows Phone. While there is no official word about the availability of the app, going by WPDang's reputation with rumours in the past, this might just be true.
