Lava Launches Dual-SIM Iris N350 With 3.5" Screen For Rs 5500
Budget Android 2.3 handset features a 1 GHz CPU and 2 mp camera.
Lava has joined the ranks of Micromax and Karbonn by unveiling its first entry-level Android handset: The Iris N350, which comes with dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) functionality. But even at this price, the N350 has a 1 GHz CPU that should be able to handle Gingerbread. The 3.5" capacitive touchscreen has pixel dimensions of 320x480. For photography, you get a 2 mp snapper. Here's the complete list of features:
- 3.5" capacitive multi-touch screen with 320x480 pixels.
- 2.0 mp rear camera, 0.3 mp front camera.
- 1 GHz CPU; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, EDGE.
- 160 MB internal storage, MicroSD card slot (up to 32 GB).
- Dual-SIM GSM (900, 1800 MHz).
- Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread).
- Orientation sensor, Proximity sensor, FM radio (with recording).
- 4.5" (l) x 2.4" (w) x 0.5" (12 mm) (d), 115 grams.
- 1300 mAh battery.
The handset is priced at Rs 5500, but it is listed for 4500 at Snapdeal.com. Most handsets in this price bracket feature a 800 MHz CPU and a smaller screen — so the Iris N350 does seem like a good deal, at least on paper.
