Gallery: Mercury mTAB7 With Android 4.0 And 7" Screen Announced For Rs 7000

In a bid to take its Mercury mTAB lineup ahead, Kobian has unveiled yet another tablet — the Mercury mTAB7.  The 7" tab runs Android 4.0, and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Cortex-A8 processor. As of this writing, the official product page hasn’t been put up. However, here is the list of specs as specified in the press release.

• 1.2 GHz Cortex-A8 fast processor, 512 MB RAM.
• 4 GB internal storage, 32 GB microSD card slot.
• Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
• 7" capacitive touchscreen with pixel dimensions of 480x800 (16:9 aspect ratio).
• Wi-Fi, 3G (Via external dongle only, No SIM Support), Bluetooth and GPS Absent.
• Flash 11.1 support, 1080p video playback.
• HDMI-Out, 3.5 mm audio jack, mini-USB port.
• 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video calling, no rear camera.
• 7.6" (l) x 4.6"(w) x (0.5")(12 mm)(d), weighs 300 grammes,
• Orientation sensor.
• 2300 mAh battery.

The tablet is priced at Rs 7000, and ships with a one-year warranty. The company hasn't specified when the product will be available for purchase, and it doesn’t seem to be available online for pre-order as of now either. For now though, you can check out more product shots in the gallery below.
