EdServ Offers Tutor Service On Tata DOCOMO

IIT JEE and AIEEE test preparation content will be made available on mobile.

 

EdServ, the educational service provider, has joined hands with Tata DOCOMO to offer IIT JEE and AIEEE test preparation material on mobile via the "Tutor on Mobile" (TOM) service. Available across India, users will have to send a toll-free SMS with the keyword "TOM" to 5333300 to subscribe. Text, video, podcasts, images, and live interactions will then be available. While the first month will be free to try, a subscription charge of Rs 30 per month will be levied after that. The price of video content is separate at Rs 5 to Rs 10 per video.

According to S Giridharan, Chairman and CEO of the company, the increase in adoption of smartphones and mobile telephony by the younger generation makes this a logical and viable approach to impart education at any place and at any time. The company had previously made the same content available on www.lampglow.com. AIEEE \ IIT JEE aspirants will no doubt take advantage of this new opportunity to enrich their knowledge in preparation for the entrance tests.
