JLC's Internet TV is a free program to watch and browse thousands of international TV channels available on the internet. It claims to have the biggest and most up to date database of channels. Users are able to submit, rate and flag channels. The new flagging and rating system lets you easily see which channels works and which are worth watching. Once installed, the program will automatically update to the latest version and also update the channels list. Channels are shown along with the country of origin, category, language, rating, and bitrate for you to be able to choose the suitable one. There is also a custom filter setting to let you see only those channels from the list, which you have specified in the filter configuration.
