Believe it or not! Mark Zuckerberg has been amongst the most meme-worthy in the recent past. So, it comes as a surprise that Facebook’s NPE team that has built and distributed consumer-facing social apps in the past, decided to create an in-house tool to create memes for sharing on the social platform and via texting apps.
