Huawei’s Honor 10 Breaks Cover In China

Yet another iPhone X clone with a screen notch.

 

Chinese manufacturers Huawei has rolled out more smartphones with fullscreen than any other manufacturer in recent times. With the Huawei P20 Pro sitting at the top, the company has also rolled out a mid-range Honor 10 with impressive screen-to-body ratio. The Honor 10 is priced at 2599 yuan (Rs 27,000 approx.) for the 6 GB + 64 GB storage version while the 6 GB + 128 GB storage version costs 2999 yuan (Rs 30,000 approx.). It is up for preorder in China till April 26th and will go on sale a day later. It comes in Black, Blue and Purple shades.
 
 
The Honor 10 comes with a curved glass body. It sports a 5.84-inch Full HD+ 2.5D curved display with a notch and 19:9 aspect ratio. It is only about 150 mm tall and is quite slim at 7.7 mm. The phone is powered by Hi-silicon Kirin 970 SoC (System on Chip) with an i7 co-processor for AI (Artificial Intelligence). It is equipped by a 16 MP + 24 MP rear facing dual camera which gets depth focus, PDAF, CAF, and LED flash support. The selfie snapper is a massive 24 MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
 
Other key features include fingerprint sensor, Infrared sensor, 3.5 mm audio jack and an AK4376A Hi-Fi audio chip. It runs on Android Oreo 8.1 with an EMUI 8.1 skin on the top. It draws power from a 3400 mAh battery which gets Super-Fast charge support capable of charging the handset from dead to 50% in just 25 mins.
