Portronics Launches SoundCake Stereo Speaker In India

You can connect two SoundCake speakers with TWS Technology for a true stereo sound effect.

 

Portronics has recently announced the launch of its high quality and extremely versatile re-chargeable stereo speaker dubbed as ‘SoundCake. Equipped with TWS Technology, the SoundCake speaker allows users to connect with another such speaker via Bluetooth 4.1, thus create a wireless stereo Left Channel and Right Channel. This allows you to have a true stereo sound effect.

Priced at Rs 2,999, the SoundCake comes with a built-in microphone enabling the speakerphone facility, which allows users to answer or reject calls coming to their smartphones.

According to a recent press release, a single SoundCake offers two powerful 5 W inbuilt speakers with great amplifiers to offer fantastic surround sound output.  It has powerful metal grill body of around 412 grams which packs the punch across the audio spectrum.

The speaker is also claimed to host a 2,600mAh lithium Ion battery which can play music for more than 8 hours on a single recharge. The battery can be recharged in just around 2 hours. Battery indicator LEDs make it easy to know the battery charge status. All this makes it a very compact and highly portable system.
