Apple iPhone 8 To Launch On Sept 12

Apple has started sending out invites for a launch event being held on Sept 12 in Cupertino.

 

It looks like the rumours are true after all. Apple has recently sent out invites for a launch event being held on September 12 at the Steve Jobs Theatre in the company’s new campus in Cupertino.

While we wait for the iPhone 8 to be launched at the event, a recent report published on The Verge also suggests that we may expect announcement of three new iPhones at the event which includes iPhone 8 along with updated versions of iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus with wireless charging.

Along with this, the report also suggests that we may expect to see a new 4K Apple TV to be unveiled as well. Apple Watches seem to be included in the list as well.

Apparently, the company has not revealed much in the invitation, and simply says, “Let’s meet at our place.” So, the fact is, we can only find out more on Sept 12.

While it has been quite a long time since we have started waiting for the upcoming iPhone 8 which is rumoured to come with an edge-to-edge OLED display along with new 3D face scanning camera, the recent invite has definitely brought in instant happiness into many Apple fans’ lives.
