Pixel 2 XL To Feature 5.99 Inch Bezel-Less Display?

The regular variant of Pixel 2 would be featuring a regular display with larger bezels.

 

While we all expect that the upcoming Google Pixel devices, Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL, to be launched around Oct 5, new rumours are still showing up online. The latest one is about its display screen.

To recall, we have already come across rumours about its display size, and in-fact, our trust in those rumours went up when the smartphone was listed on certification and benchmarking websites recently. However, it looks like, the new rumour tells a different story.

According to a recent post published on PhoneArena, the Pixel 2 would be maintaining the same design language as we saw in the first generation Pixel, while the Pixel 2 XL may be featuring a bezel-less display.

Having said that, the rumour further mentions that the Pixel 2 XL may be sporting a 5.99 inch QHD OLED display. It is said to be a taller display.

On the other, the regular Pixel variant which is being manufactured by HTC, would be featuring a 4.97 inch FHD OLED display. This is expected to be a regular display with larger bezels.
