Panasonic Launches Eluga Ray And P85 In India

Both these smartphones lack fingerprint sensor which seems to be a common feature nowadays, in this price segment.

 

With Flipkart Big 10 Sale going on since yesterday, Panasonic has launched two of its new smartphones dubbed as Eluga Ray and P85  exclusively on the e-commerce site with price tags of Rs 7,999 and Rs 6,499 respectively.

The Eluga Ray smartphone is said to be available in Space Grey, Gold and Rose Gold color options, while users can purchase P85 in Grey and Gold options.

As you may guess, the Eluga Ray comes with Panasonic’s very own smart assistant, the Arbo, which was introduced with Eluga Ray X and Ray Max smartphones. The Arbo is known for its help in daily chores such was waking up, booking a cab, to almost everything.

However, users would definitely not like the fact that both these smartphone are missing fingerprint scanners, which is one of the most common feature in any smartphone available at this price point.

Technically speaking, the Eluga Ray comes with 5 inch HD IPS display, 1.3 GHz MediaTek quad-core processor, 3 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, 13 MP rear camera, 5 MP front facing camera, 4,000 mAh battery, and 4G VoLTE support.

On the other hand, the Panasonic P85 comes with a 5 inch HD display, 1 GHz quad-core processor, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM, 8 MP rear camera, 2 MP front facing camera, 4,000 mAh battery, and 4G VoLTE support. Both these smartphones run on Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box.
