Xiaomi And Huami Launch Amazfit Health Band In China

The health band comes with OLED display and is capable of recording ECG data with an in-built chip.

 

Huami has just unveiled a new fitness and in collaboration with Xiaomi, under the brand Amazfit, in China for a price tag of CNY 699, which is around Rs 6,500. It has been unveiled that the upcoming health band would be available in Deep Black, Rose Gold, and Sapphire Blue color options.

It is being said that the Amazfit Health Band comes with standard features that you can generally find in any fitness band; record movement and sleep, and monitor heart rate. Additionally, the health band is also capable of recording ECG data with an inbuilt chip. In-fact, it is being said that this is one of the highlight features of the band.

Speaking about the build quality, the Amazfit Health Band is made up of aluminium body and stainless steel casing, and weighs just around 10 grams. It also features an OLED display of 0.42 inches and can be connected to a smartphone as well.

It also comes with a 95 mAh battery and is expected to have around 7 days of battery life for just 2.5 hours of complete charge. It also comes with IP67 certification, which means you can actually stay under water with the band for around 30 minutes. The unveil was first reported by PhoneRadar.
