Asus Zenfone 3 Max Gets A New Update; Brings New Features

The new update will bring new power managing app, updated LED notifications, and other optimisations.

 

Asus has recently started rolling out a new update to its smartphone, the Zenfone 3 Max (ZC520TL), which is being said to be coming with version numbered as 13.1.0.56.

The update brings a couple of new features including a brand new application called as Asus Power Master to improve battery performance, claims a recent Forum post published on the official Asus website. It also brings with it other features like optimised fingerprint sensor sensitivity, Updated PLMN ID list, and updated LED notification effects during charging.

Other features that include in the latest update are:

  • Optimized camera performance
  • Optimized touch panel display performance
  • Fixed the customer service call issue in Italy

Having said this, the company may take around a week to actually push the rollout to all the devices. However, if you do not still get the update notification, we suggest you to go to ‘Settings’ and tap on ‘About’ and then ‘System Update’. This way, you can manually update your Asus Zenfone 3 Max.
