Xiaomi Launches Scishare Coffee Maker For CNY 399

This is said to be the company’s 67th product in its line of home products.

 

China based smartphone maker Xiaomi has been quite lately gaining name for its non-mobile products as well. In-fact, recently we witnessed the company launching a couple of household products including a smart camera, car recorder, and rice-cooker to name a few.

Now, Xiaomi has announced the launch of a new coffee-making machine dubbed as ‘Scishare Coffee Maker’ for a price of CNY 399. This roughly translates to around Rs 3,900. This new coffee maker is launched under the company’s very own crowdfunded Mijia platform, and it is being said that the company would be including around 50 imported capsules in the package that would be reaching crowdfunding participants.

Built by Ningbo Heart Technology, the Scishare Coffee Maker features a 19-bar electromagnetic pump with a power rating of 1200W to prepare coffee in just a minute. Also, the coffee maker is said to come with an automatic switch on / off feature which according to the company’s claims switches off the machine if it is found to be inactive for 15 minutes.

Other features include coffee flow control, power integration next to extraction button, LED light, and more. It is worth noting that the company has used European market mature coffee extraction technology for coffee extraction, and users can set 15-85 ml between 8 scales of cup selection. The coffee maker is also said to support a wide range of coffee capsules.
