MWC 2017: Panasonic Launches Toughbook CF-33 Rugged 2-in-1 Laptop

The hybrid laptop is dust and water resistant with IP65 rating.

 

Panasonic has recently announced the launch of its rugged 2-in-1 laptop dubbed as the Toughbook CF-33  which comes with a 3:2 screen aspect ration, at the MWC 2017 event in Barcelona.

Running on Windows 10 operating system, the laptop has been launched in two variants: one as a tablet alone and another as a hybrid laptop with tablet and keyboard dock.

Technically speaking, the Toughbook CF-33 sports a 12 inch QHD display, while under the hood, it is powered by an Intel Core i5 7300U vPro processor coupled with an 8 GB RAM. The device also sports a 256 GB of SSD storage.

Additionally, the Toughbook CF-33 sports an 8 MP rear camera and 2 MP front facing webcam for video-chatting. And, on the connectivity end, the tablet variant supports USB 3.0, 4G LTE, HDMI, LAN and microSDXC while the laptop variant comes with two USB 3.0, USB 2.0, LAN, Serial, HDMI, SDXC, and VGA ports on its keyboard.

Further more, the rugged hybrid device comes with an IP55 digitiser pen for accurate writing. As far as the rugged laptop is concerned, it has an IP65 rating making it both dust and water resistant.
